As of now it is only available from NSU.
No sign in OTA yet.
I still cannot believe that Nokia offered a firmware update for a NAM model at the same time with the rest of the world!!

My problems were the encoding in Web and home screen in Google Map. Those were fixed apparently.

my key lock bug has gone, UI is faster even with transitions on, new icon for fm transmiter and the welcome app, thats all iv found so far

Anyone know how I can fix this thing so that USB works? I keep getting non-compatible and file transfer mode although I have it set to PC Suite.

Nope no kinetic scrolling on contacts. It will probably come with a latter update.

Make sure you have the latest PC Suite. If you do, try to uninstall and reinstall, restart every time you ask for. This may help. Good luck.

Rebooting the phone with the USB cable attached worked for me the 2nd time I had the problem. The first time I just did a hard reset
