Best unlocked phone for $200 or less?

I'm looking to get out of the iPhone 3g's that my wife and I have. AT&T's iPhone plans are just too expensive. I want to get a phone that I can use with AT&T's 3g. It would be nice if I could find one that would work with T-Mobile's 3g too, but I can't find any unlocked phones that support 1700mhz.

    What I'm currently looking at:
    Nokia E71

a little over budget at $280, but looks real nice.
Also looking at the E63-2 and the E51, both of which are under $200 on Amazon, with warranty.

Any thoughts on the above phones, or alternatives?

For under $200, the E63-2 wins hand down.

If you have more to spend, get the E71-2 since it's a more complete package than the E63-2.

What sets the 63-2 apart from the 51 aside from the form factor? they appear to have very similar (identical) specs.

    E51 doesn't have AT&T 3G (only Euro/Asia HSPA). The E63-2 has basic AT&T 3G (only UMTS). The E71-2 has AT&T 3G/3.5G (HSPA).

The e71 is my suggestion and its on sale for 280 right now with free shipping. A little over your price range but worth it.

just pick up an e71-2 from ebay. your looking at 195-200 + shipping. In the end ~205-215.

Heck, I may have one for sale since I'm picking up an iphone cheap from a co-worker.

I have the e63-2 phone and would not recommend it for two reasons.
    1. The 3g network donkey slow
    2. Camera screen on one side only? You can't see see who you are talking to when you are making a video call, nor can you see yourself when making a video message. It's hard to explain, but you'll hate it when you go to do it. This is so strange, because the nokia is set up for video calls, what a mistake on the design.
So, although it's wi-fi phone, it fails on implementation of other things.
Go up a model or two where get all the features you want.
My SE w580i is great, would be FANTASTIC if it had wi-fi access.
