can w705u be brought to t-mobile US?

I am wondering if anybody knows about unlocking a SE w705u and re-programming the uma to connect to the t-mobile us carrier? IT appears like the phone is capable of the t-mobile 3g frequencies and would be better than any offering currently available! Also, if it's possible to bring it onto the system, what other features does the system have (will it teather internet to a computer or another pda using bt, wire, or ics thru wifi? that would be incredible!) what about an internal calendar with connection to microsoft outlook and/or hotmail/msn online calendar?

it won't work with t-mobile 3g, since it doesn't have the AWS band (1700/2100).

UMA might work, if it allows you edit the UNC settings.

other than that, everything will work just fine. tethering should be no problem, data will work fine, etc.
