Is my Sidekick covered under the Insurance?

I've had my Sidekick3 for a little over 2 years. I have been paying for the PHP Insurance and Warranty by Asurion each month $5.99
Now my Sidekicks track ball wont work right I can not push it to select. Is this problem covered under the Warranty or do i have to "drop" it in the toilet or something to be covered /

As long as you didn't physically damage the phone, then it's a manufacturer's defect. It should be covered under your PHP and Asurion should do a exchange for you after they've troubleshooted the issue. Give them a call...

And I just want to clarify, it'll be a warranty (no deductible) not an insurance claim.
