S300 data cable same at V205 ?

I borrowed my friends S300 data cable. I want to know can I use it for my V205 just to use for EasyGPRS ? Is it the same wire ?

yes the datacables are the same

but I think you have to flash it to V200 before you can use it

I'm not positive though

Its the same data cable, I use the same one to flash/downloading stuff to both my S300 and V205. no problems.

Just make sure you switch to D/L when you are flashing.
