What phone are you using on PagePlus?

Hi Experts,
There isnt a clear answer for Palm Pre Plus. Can anyone please comment if Palm Pre Plus works with PP?

I did one while the ban was still in place, and everything worked fine. I got rid of the phone so I won't be able to check it now.

AFAIK, the ban was for Palm Treo phones. WebOS wasn't affected.

I'm about ready to switch to PP from Verizon, and was going to get a Droid A855 when I noticed the HTC Incredible is coming out in a week. What are the chances of the Incredible working with PP? Any idea on how much they'll be without a contract?

This question would better be addressed in either the HTC, Verizon, or even the PPC handset forum in a regular thread of its own versus in the "What phone you are using on PagePlus?" thread.

But my guess is it'll cost more then the prices you see on the Moto Droid on ebay without a contract. If you don't have an urgent need to switch and buy a new phone now, you might want to wait a month to find out or simply buy a cheaper phone or use one you have in the meantime.

I really doesn't pay to be an early adopter if you're going to buy full retail unless you're one of those people who has money to burn (which begs the question why use Page Plus at all.) You're better off getting the model it's replacing as everyone will want to be rid of it so they can upgrade.

Hey guys, I read a couple of pages down. I have a Motorla Q for the past 5 years and would like to finally make the switch. Wished I could get on the BB band wagon, but it seems like it's banned. It seems the Motorola Droid is fine to purchase. Can you gentleman please confirm. Last thing I want is to dump $200 on a phone and not be able to use it. Btw, I'll be using it for texting, mms and calls. Web browsing once in a while. I'm currently on the UNLMT PLN.

yup moto droid is fine... as always try to get the MEID/ESN before purchase and check it prior to purchase if the seller will give it to you.

PagePlus Lifts Palm and HTC Ban

Thanks. Just to close the loop - I called PP customer service to ask about this. The CSR was aware of the ban being removed and he said, Palm Pre Plus would work with PP without any issues.

Way back in this thread I was talking about my Sammy i760 coming in from eBay. It worked well for a short time but then we ended up going to a BB Storm (really like my BB's!). That is still primary but just recently I was able to activate a BB Storm 2 on PP and have it on the standard plan. The next big hurtle is to see if I can get it working on the 1200 TNT plan which is what I am using now. If PP will let me then I should be good to go!

I am currently using an HTC Titan(XV6800) on Page Plus. I have previously used a LG enV3, HTC Apache(XV6700) and HTC Touch(XV6900).
