Slightly off-topic...
MyFaves 600 $49.99, nothing special.
I make personal calls to an overseas number daily, so I've got this set up:
One of MyFaves dials a broadband incoming-only line, unlimited minutes, $2.95 per month. My home PC runs the 3CX Phone System (residential freeware version). When I dial the incoming line, my PC answers the call and forwards it to the overseas number via an outgoing-only broadband line, $29 per month unlimited minutes.
It's sort of a Rube Goldberg setup, and it means I have to leave my PC powered during the day. But, my cell phone calls to the overseas number run well over 2000 minutes a month. Plus, when I'm home, it doubles as a regular incoming phone line, and a fixed price domestic/international long distance service with unlimited minutes, for about $32 per month.
[edit: the phone system forwards the call if the caller ID matches my cell phone number, so it doesn't forward every wrong number and automated sales call]

My average bill is ~ $29.50, and please no soliciting for my plan. I fell onto the plan one day as I was checking out my.t-mobile.com and saw all the weird calling plans. I took the leap and it has paid off.
In combination with a Google Voice number this plan has been great. I'm still really let down that there's no 3G in Cleveland yet. I'm waiting for my TM506 to show up soon. So far the Edge only on T-Mobile has made using my iPhone on the network worthwhile.
The last let down is the spotty coverage while traveling. My signal is absolute garbage while out on Cape Cod. I guess AT&T's 3G coverage on a GoPhone account will fill the gap for that once a year problem.
Had I not found this plan, I would have jumped ship the day my contract expired just to use 3G data on my iPhone.
