I've been a Fido customer for over 5 years (monthly subscription, no contract)...until a year ago, I was on a plan that amounted to about $30/month, and then I switched to a $15 retention plan which includes the following:
50 min for $15
100 extra min for $10
Call ID
$10 monthly credit
Total: $15
I'm wondering...
1) can I get them to renew my $10 credit OR negotiate a better plan without signing a contract?
2) if I were to sign a min. 2 year contract...what kind of deal would I be able to get? I would still like my monthly bill to be under $20 (taxes included).
Just wanted to know what I could expect before calling them up Thank you!
