Thread: The Fido Loyalty Thread - All threads related to retention, loyalty, and winback!!

    Just got off the phone with fido for the 3rd time after a 2-week period.

    They offered me for 2yr contract:
    200 minutes
    Unlimited weekday after 7pm & unlimited weekends
    F2F
    2500 Txt
    V.M.
    Unlimited Inc

    $25 + tax.

    I tried to ask for CID but couldn't get them to give me at all.
    The gentleman told me the option is no longer there, and that fido took it out 1 month ago.

    How do i go about getting that option, it is crucial to me and I have been with fido for 5 years now. It would be nice to get the weekday after 5pm as well, but again he said that's no longer an option.

    Please pm me for some advice. Much appreciated!

    I'd get the 2nd option in a heart beat if I could! I text a lot to people overseas...
    but the problem is, I am currently paying 8$ for FidoPro, which includes CD/VM/Unlimited txt(CAD) and email notifications...

    The two options together would conflict I presume right?
    So either keep the fidopro or remove it, add the $10 + CD and VM....

I can't even upgrade to an Iphone even if I sign a 3 yr contract there is really nothing but to cancel my line and sign up for a new line, which is something I really do not want to do. I've had the same number since 2001. I currently have no contract with fido. What can you suggest I do to get a better plan? Can I contact you directly so you can offer me a better monthly plan?

    I am a student that try to find the perfect plan for me. I am in contract since the iPhone 3GS launch day and i am with fido since may 2009.

    My actual plan:
    EPP 17.50$
    200 DTM
    E/WK at 5
    Extended Network
    10$ SMS unlimited - 10$ credit
    30$ 6gb/mth
    10$ iPhone Value Pack
    NO SAF [57.50]


    If the 15$ iPhone Value pack exists, what i would try to get:

    25$ Loyalty plan
    250 DTM
    Unlimited Incoming
    Unlimited E/WE at 7
    100 LD
    Extended Network
    10$ SMS unlimited - 10$ credit
    30$ 6GB/mth
    15$ iPhone Value Pack

    So it's what i would like, i wanted to add some MMS LD and unlimited incoming. Am i expecting to get too much, or is any better plan for me? Also F2F is not really a option for me since a live in a place where fido is almost no present at all. Visual voice mail is important for me, it's a feature that i really like compared to EVM. What do you think?
