No Thats CSR Error and if I see that I send coachings and refuse a retention Plan...

My way is Find someone with a Pre Nov4th Plan get that person to get a Retention Plan ( Any ) and then TOR it beause You may TOR retention plans but not PreNov4th plans which is really Screwed up to me...Which I have made countless complaints about

But as for my third line
I've been prepared

I activated a Line Nov 3 a $20 200 anytime & then got it swapped to the $12 retention plan

im prepared so i need to call retention and say im going to use it again
and im ready to sign a agreement
but at the end of the day
as a last resort there is always ROGERS they actually are giving away plans still for now
who knows how long that will last

My dad has been with fido for over 10 years; maybe even 15 years, he can't remember.

Anyway, hes off contract now and I would like to see him get a better plan.

Here is what he's getting now:
700 Day Time
Unlimited evenings/weekends @7
Fido to Fido Plus
Unlimited Happy Hour
$60 with tax

Im not too familiar with GSM plans as I've been with amazing CDMA corp plans my whole cellphone life and just recently moved to rogers.

What do you guys think I should negotiate for?

He's a high user and needs atleast 700 daytime. Also, he's never really got any discounts, always paid in full every month.

Last Time I Checked they opened in 1997

why cant you just take it for what its worth--he's been with them for a long time...even possibly since they've started there business (according to you)...

When I called in they didn't do **** for him. I used to work at bell, and i did a hell of a lot more for people with not even half his tenure...
