No big secret xda-developers have several different WM6.5 ROMs.

I know xda have several different roms thats why I ask in my pervious post if its a custom rom or if its offical

I examined the file.
Other than installing the file, you can also use your registry editor, and open the following path:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings
find "SMSNoSentMsg", change the value from 0 to 1, power cycle the phone

Okay, dumb question.... registry editor is already on my phone, or is it a program I need to download..... nevermind, found it, but it will not install on my computer..... will tinker with it later...

You edit the Reg on the phone, not the computer...

Open up regEdit, navigate to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings
find "SMSNoSentMsg

[HKLM = HK Local Machine]

For those with the new official ROM, setting

HKLM\Software\HTC\USBToPCPopUP\OnlyTwoChoice to 0 enables Internet Connection sharing as an option on the popup when you plug in the USB.
