I recently bought an unlocked SLVR L7. It is to have itunes, but the phone and itumes do not sync. Is this a phone issue, itunes issue, or both. Also when using moto phone tools, the phone will not accept any file transfers. What may cause this? The phone and SMS works, but no other stuff. Should I send the phone back where I purchased it? I'm at a quandry.
