I just got the mytouch google phone. Im heading to ireland for a week on friday. Now I see under settings that I can disable data while roaming which is nice. But can I still get data off of Wi/Fi and if so will I be charged for it? Also can I just use WI/FI and shut the network off altogether? Id like to do that if it can save me some money. any help would be great. My ideal situation would be to get data on wi/fi at my hotel, and use the network only when I want to make a quick call to the states. Is any of this even possible?
