I like the way the sprint hero looks, its a sexy design. Something about the "chin" just isnt for me. Great look, good specs, Sense UI. Overall well designed.

Yeah.. after looking at it all day at work and reading all sorts of reports; it's starting to grow on me. Looks like a "adult" version of the magic/mytouch. I'll be jumping ship to the other Open Alliance provider on the 11th next month!

ive thought the same about the g1 IMO it had to be the ugliest phone i had ever seen
look cheap and ugly like a childs playphone from a toy store! i also never liked the way the g1 slid open! to me it look like its just waiting 2 break! it looks way 2 fragile
i for one think i might like the samsung instinct Q better because of keyboard! i had the diamond and the first touch and i dont think ill ever go back to an all touchscreen phone again i rather have the bulk than being annoyed to use it because i cant type as fast as i would like 2.
