    Minute expiration

I was stupid and let my minutes expire yesterday, I have since refilled. Does page plus refund expired minutes as a one-time courtesy type of thing? I tried giving them a call but all lines were busy at the time, and I figured I'd ask here first for any tips in doing so.

If they don't, that's cool as it is my fault for being a moron.

    Thanks

    Edit: I can't believe ******* is censored.

    One-time courtesy re-instatement per phone

Funny... my minutes lapsed, too. I called and they said their policy limits courtesy reinstatement of minutes to one time for the lifetime of the phone#.

I set up a reminder alarm on my phone and at www.rememberthemilk.com and refill on the day before the expiration date .

So after 25 "all circuits are busy" calls over a 2.5 hour period and a 15 min hold on call #26, I spoke with a very pleasant supervisor who refunded half my minutes after a few minutes of chatting.

    + for the customer service
    ------------------------------------- for the wait (yikes!)

    Other thoughts:
The "all our reps are currently busy" guy blasted my eardrum after they were straining to hear the lady who was extolling the virtues of page plus minutes never expiring (not quite) unlike bananas
