Just to let peoplez know u can overclock the qualcomm 7500 chip in the HTC Mogul, Wing & P4000
by application unlocking the device and downloading Tornado Powercontrol plus with OMAP.

once you ge tornado you can tweak it in the registry to 728 mhz.
