    Wayfinder Navigator alternative?

Does anyone know of existing software that's free and good?

While you're answering that question do you recommend any other nice software?
What happened to the flashlight app on the SE? I do not see it on the c905

if you're using a branded c905, your operator might have removed the flashlight app from the organizer.. perhaps editing the menu.ml can bring it back, or you can debrand.

AmazeGPS is free and excellent (voice and map guided navigation)

Nope, the C905 does not have a flashlight app (like the k850i did).

+1 on AmazeGPS. The only issue is that its POI database is not as large for the US (compared to WayFinder or AT&T Navigator).

    Thanks, will try that!

Are there any hacks that would make the flashlight work on the c905? (my phone's already debranded)

Also, do you recommend any other apps?

    Flashlight on C905a

If you go to Menu > Organizer > Video Call, you can turn on the Xenon light by going to Options > Camera > Light On.

an easier way to get the "flashlight" i found is to go to video record and turn the light on, then whenever you want the light on, just switch to video capture and light should automaticly come on for ya... yes, i do miss the flashlight option as well.... but at least this has one unlike the w760 i had!

    thanks guys.

I haven't thought of doing that with the video record or the video call to get the light on. I hardily take video so now it's only a button away! Thanks again.
