What states is mms working in with the updated carrier bundle?

Northwest Ohio here.. no MMS with Apple 3.1 and AT&T 5.0

MMS working in Md
3.1 Carrier 5.0 with hack that broke visual voicemail.
I had fixed it, but it appears broken again as there is no visual voicemail in the cellular data menu. I think maybe itunes 9.0 broke it again, any ideas?

the central FL area (as in Orlando) is working just fine with MMS.

I am in East Orlando with 3.1 firmware and att 5.0 and it is not working for me...
