Dont like posting my exact location, but I could drive to Barrington in about 15 minutes. So, just to clarify, you need a JB phone to get MMS working right now? Or are some locations getting it early?
If you have the carrier file installed, you shouldn't have to JB. I know people in Barrington with it working on a non-JB phone. Just use the settings I posted above and it should work.
Just blows my mind, that MMS works for some and not for others ....
Not working in Pittsburgh, after upgrade to 3.1 .... cellular menu options activated for some ... and not for others ....
I'm in Chicago and have 5.0 but no mms. I don't have the camera icon in messaging or the option to change mms settings under general settings. I may just have to wait until the 25th.
I work at Wacker/Jackson. So not too far from South Loop.
Here are my settings which have worked since this morning:
I have the same settings as you and mine is working. It stopped for a few days even my mms icon disappeared. Once I entered your settings everything came back and working perfectly.

I thought I was pretty sharp, but I cant find anywhere to enter this info. Which menu is it in?
Guess you just have to wait for AT$T to get around to you. Maybe they really have thousands of employees running around manually switching MMS to "On" for each account! Ah! modern times.
