What states is mms working in with the updated carrier bundle?

the official carrier file is out, it is 5.5

I was using the 5.1 and it just updated to 5.5

I've got OS 3.1 and Carrier File 5.5 but it fails to send MMS. There are no Cellular menus anymore either to modify wap settings. Anyone have any ideas or experiencing similar problems?

I'm here n Detroit, I got the update this afternoon, but unable 2 send pic on MMS...Still not working....

As for me in Detroit (JB 3.0 3GS) as well as my sister in TX (stock 3.1 #GS), we can send videos but not pics.

Wife's is working while mine fails. We are on the same plan. She got the txt announcement I did not. What gives? I updated but my MMSs continue to fail

Mine was working find with 5.1. I upgraded today to 5.5 and everything stopped worked resulting in the dreaded red exclamation mark.

I downgraded to 5.1 and all immediately worked.

Argh!

Mine works now... but since I upgraded to 5.5 my "network" settings for MMS are gone... I guess it's so we can't mess with them.. but at least my MMS works

Same thing had happened to me, I think I am just going to keep 5.1 unless some one can tell me good reason to change it

These settings with the updated carrier file are working perfectly for me this morning too. Ithaca area of upstate, NY.

Hey guys if your mms is not working delete the file on your computer and re install it on your iPhone. Remember it is important to reboot the iPhone after updating it.
Another thing that might help is to delete network settings and allow the iPhone th re install them. Again a reboot is necessarry.
btw in the LA area I went from 5.1 to 5.5 without a hitch. Video and still messaging works.
What is stupid about this is that MMS has been available in many non USA markets (non iPhone) for years.
AT&T SUCKS.
