Here is where I found it: http://www.krillr.com/blog/N72ZCXJH/...hone-os-31-att

The dowload link to get the file doesn't work in IE, for some reason. Use a different browser to DL. *

So how do some have the 5.0 carrier file if they haven't updated to 3.1? Is it that you can download it? I'm still on 4.0

So it's working in Dallas and Austin... but not in Houston. Grrr for me.

I wonder if it's because I have the iPhone texting plan, not the family plan.

I'm running 3.1 and I have the 5.1 carrier file.

    Siiiigh.

The icons and options are bundled in 3.1, the options and enabling is switched on via 5.1 which in turn allow them to show up.

Houston, using the same settings as quoted here - nothing. I have tried tinkering with them and go no where.

In Cleveland, Ohio...v3.1 and 5.1 ipcc

It works on one of mine, and not the other. the one that works is on a family texting plan and the one that doesn't is on a company iphone data and texting plan..neither worked on v3.1 and 5.0 ipcc even though the settings were the same as others have shown here. So, there must be something different and better in 5.1 ipcc

But there has to be something about this family texting plan too. The iPhone data plan does not seem to be working with some, but the ones with family it does.
