iTunes 9 should work form what people are telling me here. You have to hold down Shift-Update (Windows) or Command-Update (Macintosh) in iTunes.

well i decided to reset my network settings on the 5.1 ipcc because it wasnt working and now it is, along with all three iPhones on my account.
using these settings.
