Possible to save an image from a webpage?

If so. how? Am I overlooking something obvious?

    Thanks in advance.

Its really not that obvious, and I know that I go through a mental lapse everytime that I want to save an image.

Would be just a nice idea to have a tap and hold feature that essentially did the same thing though. On non-touchscreen devices, they have a mouse, and then touch and hold on the touch models.

Like Roncito said, use Opera Mini instead. In fact, I use Mini for 90% ow browsing versus the stock browser.

I use UCWEB. I find it far superior to Opera Mini, in every single way. Plus it's native and has a proper download manager.

Oh, it can save images. I select the image, push S for save and then pick a filename. Yeah.
