    8525 battery life?

Hi all, I just bought a new 8525. I know it's already considered an older phone but it does everything I need.

Anyway I notice the battery life is pretty poor and the 10 day standby time is a joke. Are there any tips for battery life or do I just need to buy a new one ( I realize that this one is probably 2 years old even if it wasn't used.)

First, a ''fresh'' battery would help a lot.
Normally, after 1 year, the battery should have problems keeping its charge.
I had a 8525 that kept its charge for 3-5 days.
You can find ''Extended'' batteries on Ebay, most of them will come with a cover that will fit the larger battery.
Good luck...this is a great phone!
