It's the Blackberry Javelin (8900) with a optical trackpad that costs $100 less.

Trackpad was pretty good last i tried in the U.S. Pocket lint is no lower the BB's enemy.

The 8520 does have 258mb of application memory built-in. Every Blackberry must have some internal memory for the application installs.

Seems the same as a 8310 except the 8520's screen is 0.16" larger, 200mhz faster and 256mb memory vs 64mb on the 8310.

Yeah, I'm not thrilled with the lack of a flash either.

I do like that it is faster with more internal memory.
