Need help desperately

Have a situation that requires my intervention. I know my wife is having an affair but can't prove it. I came across some random texts that she forgot to delete but they are not the proof I need. She has a good habit of delteing texts and call log as soon as she's done reading them or receiving the calls.
She has a Samsung glint, so my question is, is there any software out there or hardware that I can use to recover those deleted texts and call logs. If her phone had a sim card I would not need to make this post, but it is a CDMA phone.
So am I S.O.L.? or is there any hope. And don't say get detectives involved, cause in the great state of Montana infidelity is not grounds for divorce.

lmao my now EX Fiencee after 3 in a half years lied to me and doing this she used Verizon phone. best bet is to make her an account on the phone companys website and than ask for a paper phone bill or check call records online :-D or u can clone a phone to her phone and listen in but u need to be using the same cell towers inorder to listen to the convo's or recieve the txt bad news is clonin only allows one phone to recieve them and not BOTH. some older Police scanners i believe the band is 1300 and up allows u to listen to cell convo's but im not 100% accr on that. just my $0.02 dump the ***** if she is cheating on you there isnt anything you can do? unless u want to beat the **** outta the guy and land in jail. or just tell her you know what i dont love you no more and you dont love me so lets get un married and smile :-)


Edit:i can find u a phone that i can flash to t-mobile/at&t and all info text,phone calls will be sent via email if u really really wanna spy on her.

FCC wont like it nor will the fbi. just dump the *****. dont be paranoid trust me im still working on trust issues after my last waste of time relationship.

1) Infidelity is not a reasonable grounds for divorce.
why do you need proof then? You say that you know she's doing it, so do you need the proof for yourself to convince yourself? Or maybe just to know the truth? Or to be able to confront her with it?

2) UNLESS you are a member of law enforcement working under a court order signed by a judge, or a licensed private detective then phone spying is ILLEGAL. And is against the usage agreement of the hofo forums. Thus, cannot be discussed here.

IF your name is on the phone account, you can try contacting the carrier and request the phone records. Some carriers can print out recent text messages, others don't bother with it.

Man, I'm sorry about your wife. But if you know for a fact that she's cheating, either confront her about it, do whatever needs to be done so that she doesn't feel like she needs somebody else, put up with it, or beat her to the punch and get the divorce lawyer first. Thats the only advice that we can give you here.

This is all a scam that preys on emotionally distraught individuals. These preditors know their intended prey very well.

These scammers are advertised on Google by the use of what is called an "adwords" account. With 99.9% certainly is how you found them. when you enter a search term for something you are looking for Google or any other search engine will return the search results to you according to what you were searching for. Generally the first 3-4 listening on the results page are "paid for" google ads, and on the right hand side of the search results page are also more "paid for" merchant ads. When you click on these ads and are taken to the merchant to view their website the merchant is charged a "click fee" or PPC, as it is known as.
