What program and process do you use to extract the PRL from your BB. I can see PRL load in QPST, but no way to back up/save a PRL.

when you use QPST on the Berry, Read it, then save file, when you save file it saves 2 files. the one with rl0 extension is actlually a PRL, just rename it.
or use QXDM and send SPC then send
pr_list_rd 0 "C:\test.prl"
that command will read the PRL from the phone and save it to the C Drive with a name of test.prl. Rename the PRL to what it is. On a berry, #4357* TALK will show you the version of the PRL.
I just updated my Blackberry and received the following PRL 51642_EVDO_BB.prl

51642 is an EVDO PRL. On an enV3 this PRL resolves the missing network banners and roaming triangle being on at all times when you leave your home sid or when using data. Thanks so much and keep up the good work.
Thanks for the clarification. When I update my PRL OTA; my 1X phone gets 51600 and my EVDO gets the 51645. So in my area, these are the latest PRL's for Page Plus.
No problem. I tried 51645 also and it put me back into the missing banner and triangle problem so I reverted back to 51642. I know Verizon now has 2 different EVDO PRLs and which one you get is determined by the model of your phone. For example currently on VZW the enV2 gets 51638 where the enV3 gets 51611. It sounds like this is now also the case with PP.
Got ahold of a tech at PP and they figured out and resolved what was preventing me from using OTA programming. I also found out that there are for sure 2 different EVDO PRLs for PP. The PP PRL is 4 higher than the Verizon one.
