How to block incoming calls on the P906?

Is there anyway to block incoming calls?
there is a certain number i want to reject, but if i choose the "Reject Not Stored" number, will that reject every other number that isnt stored...?

if you want to reject a specific number you must save it and then after you click into the contact go to function and select restrictions, there you will have a choice to reject this specific caller.

I'm going to look at my phone some more I wanted to do the same thing but could not get it done. I always have to decline as they come in.
