I have an LG Rhythm through AllTel, and the line has not been merged to Verizon. Simply dialing *228 isn't working, as it calls Verizon. I think this is because I have moved out of my home calling area, by about 45 miles. The phone isn't roaming or anything like that, though.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Even an idea of where to start would be great.
