My observation is that it's been Christmas for the last few years. Valentines used to be good and September, if the client is a student, but Dec has offered the best deals.
This year, the market place will be very much disrupted by possible 2 or 3 new carriers and the buzz around the new Bell/Telus network. It will be very interesting to watch. If December sales fail to meet targets, February could be nice again. Of if December is a roaring success because of discounts, spring may be a time to restore profit margins. It will be fun to watch.
