Sorry if it was at the beginning of the thread but what size is the screen I'm going to try and make a few wallpapers. Some for the Yankee fans out there.

@ gbh2 - Yes, the second one definitely looks much nicer...except that it appears there's a little something weird going on under the eye...you can see a weird transition and change of color like you overlayed the main pic over whatever was originally there. It would be perfect if you could clean that up and repost it...then I would happily set it as my wallpaper. Good work though!

I cleaned away the circuit board reflection around the eye for a cleaner look, is this what you were looking for?

Found a nice vacuum tube image, but it's pretty darn hard to find some good pics of guitars, especially taken in a way that would fit them in the center of the wallpaper...



Also, I'd like to second the vote for thumbnails and no-quoting of images for the thread's sake.

Well for most of us the limit is 960 x 854 pixels, but since you're making yankee wallpapers you should be able to spend as many pixels as you want to achieve your goal.

This is a Digital Blasphemy image and you've removed the watermark from it. Please give credit when credit is due. Ryan spends a lot of time on his work and as a paying member I hate to see when people do this.

Here's my rendition on the Droid Eye

Edit: Remember folks, when you go into your gallery and select the image to set as your wallpaper, tap on the edge of that square that comes up. Then you can drag out to select the whole image. By default the Droid crops the image.
