as for me i never was really fat but ever since i started to workout and do stuff to get into better shape i feel better about myself. i stand up straight (use to slouch some. bad habit i know lol) and feel proud of what im accomplishing and achieveing.
i never had a problem with the shape i was in because i was never fat but i do like the shape im getting into better.
