Three words of wisdom from Zombieland: Poor Fat *******

May not always be zombies but trust me, there will be a time when it pays to not be the slug.

E.T.A.- Seems that particular B word gets filtered?!?! Well, let's just say that it is also the name of a character from the Austin Powers movies.

Stop eating bread, potatoes and evreything related to snacks (max 1 chocolate bar per week ), every morning do some habs training like laying down on the floor on your back and lift your legs minimum 90 degres straight 30 times etc... If you don't use the car too often then running instead of walking is helpfull, while waiting you can even stand on your toes (after a while your gonna FEEL IT ).
for the sides, spread your legs a little while standing, put your arms in the air, and while trying to keep your pose as straight as possible , bend right and left 20 times each side.

I would never change my fatness, I love it. Only thing I am concerned about is health.

Maybe check out P90X. Takes exactly 3 months, and if you can follow and keep up with it, you'll see results for sure. Will definitely tone up those problem areas. If P90X is too tough to start (It IS tough), maybe try P90 instead. If P90X is too easy, maybe try Insanity.

    P90X + Glutamine + CLA

Gave birth in June and my abs are looking better than they did before I got pregnant. Can't say enough good things about P90X.

like Angek said, it's tough, but it's worth it. No pain, no gain

Tom goes to the gym, however, so I assume he's trying to get in shape.

He failed to mention that the value is in Zimbabwean dollars.

When I see someone who is obese I automatically think:

    1) They act on impulse and have no self control
    2) They are uneducated (there is SO much available to us today in books, TV, documentaries etc. that stress the serious, life-threatening health risks of obesity)
    3) They are lazy (really, 30 minutes of exercise a day is NOTHING)

I personally don't think any of these things are becoming of a person at all.

    Just being honest.

I really want to know people like him because of his money or something else. When someone is too rich, it's hard to tell.
