Ok well here it is:

i only had this phone for about a month 1/2 now, never dropped it, no scratches on it, NOTHING!!

the speaker on the phone doesnt work half of the time. (not the speakerphone but when your talking with someone else, i can't hear them unless i put them on speaker)

applications run up randomly all the time.. ever 5 min either my email app or windows live app pops up...

what should i do?? call my carrier to do troubleshooting (which i think won't do ***t)

or bring it back to the store i purchased it from???

please help!

Also has anyone with the samsung link had issues similar to this??
