MMS issue on the iPhone

Hello All,

Using an iPhone 3g on T-Mobile network.. after the network outage I am unable to receive MMS message.. I get a message stating:
"The Media Content was not included due to a picture resolution or message size restriction." I never had that issue before the outage.

Now I have to use my.t-mobile.com to view the incoming pictures.

any ideas or anyone else having this issue?

they might have reset your line... send a picture to yourself..

mine is working good...

I got the picture that I sent to myself but I am still not getting pictures from other phones.

sorry to hear that... like i said, mine works fine, also using an iphone... hopefully that will be an issue they will soon fix... the network did went out.. and i think they are still working on it.

yeah i am experiencing the same problem! wheni send a pic to myslef it comes through.. but when others send a MMS to me it says the same thing. WTF.

i am on a BB data plan..

so iswitched back to my BB and MMS and i am able to receive MMS. so i guess it must be the setup on the APN ..
currently i have the following..

APN: epc.tmobile.com
Username: leave blank
Password: leave blank

APN: wap.voicestream.com
Username: leave blank
Password: leave blank
MMSC: 216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
MMS Proxy: 216.155.165.50:8080
MMS Max Message Size: leave blank
MMS UA Prof URL: leave blank

I contacted a customer care rep and was transfered to technical care.. they are aware of the issue and hopefully working out the bugs.

I have been having the same MMS issues for the past couple of days as well. It is annoying.

if your iphone has cydia on it, open cydia and search for:T-mobile US-Postpaid/flexpay
it will say its for blackberry plans but i downloaded it and restarted my phone twice (it might work after one restart but I had to do it twice) and it worked perfectly! Have a friend send u a text message to make sure it works!
