That's a sick promotion. For smartphones you'll pay $70 in-store and then fill out the $70 mail-in rebate, effectively making the phone free.
I don't know if it will apply to ALL phone or just select ones but I know for sure it will apply to the Tour.

Jesus. That's a $180 price drop within 1 month. We Tour owners will love it if it holds up. This is going to be a very popular promo, and will be good for USCC b/c it gets more people on the data plans.
Promotions of this nature are typically kept secret for the fact of sandbagging sales. I am surprised its out this early honestly. If everyone knew about this sale now would they come buy a phone now or just wait until Black Friday weekend? They would wait. The customers buying phones now would still get 30 day pricing like previously discussed so they dont miss out. The pandamonium of having an entire months sales come through your doors for 4 days would be crazy.
I've known about it for awhile thanks to a little birdie, which is why I've been holding off on the Tour I'd rather go take care of it during those four days than go early and have to mess with the hassle of the price match.
As others have said, it will be a great promotion to get people in the door and get folks signed up for those data packages.
Now if only we had a few more enticing phones to get people in the door on top of the Tour
