i was gonna get a used Tour for half off but i wonder if i can just take the $150 ETF fee and then re-sign the contract for this offer and it would still be less than the $250 that i would have paid for the used
I'm concerned wondering if I should do this. What if I end up with someone's used phone they brought back and not a new one or I don't end up with one at all b/c they ran out fast. They told me that they would resell my Tour to someone if I brought it back.
I just found out from a very highly placed person within USCC [who should certainly be "in-the-know"] that Corp officials fully intend to have the Pro 2 in stores BEFORE the Black Friday sale, in order to take full advantage of the holiday sale season... if that occurs... then it looks like the Pro 2 may be a part of the sale. If my eyes don't deceive me, the ad does say [[[ANY]]] phone free-- or am I mistaken?

All correct except for one thing, only 6 phones will be free after rebate, 2 standard phones, two premium phones, and 2 smart phones. I have the ad and the list for the sale.
Looks like it is ALL phones now but the contract details are sparse. Do you have to get easyedge or a data plan?? Do you have to have the flyer in your hand too?
Still it looks like I will be there to get either a Quantico or a Crush. I understand the Crush will be out next week- probably Wednesday like this week went? Sure would like to see some decent pics of the Crush and details like the manual of course.
I held a working Pro 2 this evening at a nearby store.... and was told they are indeed in stock... and since the sale flyer read any phone.... I hope to be getting one of these bad boys FREEEEE before to long... just hate to pony up the approx. $76 a month for a voice & date plan + taxes + a insurance plan.. probably be about $90 altogether.

Get ANY (emphasis theirs) in-stock phone for free when you sign up for two years of service.
there's the usual fine print about the required data plans and it shows the website and a phone number with the note "Mention Promo Code 4Day09" So I assume you would be able to put in that code online to get the discount with new service through the website.
