Am I to old for all this new technology?
All I really want is a deck of cards sized computer that will make a call.

Dumb question, maybe...but is this for new contracts only? Or outright purchases?

All you can do is ask to upgrade early.

I don't think you count the day. The next day is day 1. I just realized this too though. I officially earned the title of biggest dumbazz customer of the year. I couldn't wait one day and buy it on Wed, Oct 28 (or the day I was originally set to go up to Dubuque...Thurs, Oct 29). I got it the 27th. 30 days is Thanksgiving Day. MOTHERF!!!! Of course October is a 31-day month. Had it been a 30-day month like Sept (Apr, June, Nov), we'd be okay. A $180 mistake. Nice.

Just ask for it anyway, They might bend it for ya since it'll only be 31 or 32 days or whatever, or tell them you thought it was 30 business days

Good call waiting for a bit to buy though. Guess it's common sense that they'll have some kind of good deal on Black Friday. They did last year too.

That is a GREAT idea. If it doesn't work I am sure I have droppped $180 for worse things, like CASINO's.
Or say like a new driver or putter.

Someone on Crackberry wrote that you save $20 when upgrading from a non-smartphone to a smartphone...mentioned a coupon on USCC's site. Does anybody know anything about this? I don't see it anywhere. I'm assuming the Delve isn't a smartphone.

Also, the $20 credit for signing a contract/remaining a customer...does that come off the price when you buy it or does it show up on your bill later?

It wouldn't work for me, I'm terrible at bartering. I'll be curious to see how it shakes out for you. Good luck!

Renewing customers get an additional $10 off feature phones, $20 off premium/smartphones, with the following exceptions:

    1) Phones that are free or free after rebate
    2) Phones that are end of life, indicated by a price ending in ".86". These phones are also not eligible for rebates.

No coupons required, it's just automatically deducted from the advertised price of the phone when you renew.

Bigred - here are the two diffrent promotions currently being offered. I paraphrased the second one due to it being more complicated.

20.00 discount on a renewal for an existing customer when buying a smartphone.

Any customer that has meet 12 months since their last upgrade and got a non smartphone or premium phone. May Upgrade to a smart or premium phone may do so early at the renewal price.
