I was very clear with the rep I talked to this morning. She knew we were talking about the TP2 and she said it would be included. I was surprised so I had her repeat it and explain the details. She took my name to reserve one for me.

I know that doesn't mean any more than that is what a rep said, but that IS what she said.

I would think if the Tour was in the promo, then the TP2 would be too since they are being released relatively close together.

I have seen the advertising for the promo, the TP2 is NOT on it. Not saying that it couldn't change, but newspapers already have a copy of the ad, it would be expensive to change it this late in the game.

Oh boy, this would be great. I bought my Tour on the 29th. I still have all the paper work and copy of my receipt. Would all I need to do is take that in for the refund, or would I need to do the unnecessary process of returning it and then purchasing it again?

There is one. Any store should be able to do it for you.

As Mr Baytchos said, they either don't know what they're talking about or they're feeding you a line.

I don't know if the refunded amount would take a bite out of their commission or what, either way it does exist.

That stinks, that is going to be US Cellular's premier Smartphone too, you'd think they would want to promote the heck out of it. I'll have to stop by the US Cellular Corporate store here in Ukiah and see what they say.

There is one. I am pretty sure you call into customer service and they credit your bill. I was at a store when a guy came in and made a total *** of himself about it. But YES IT DOES exist.

I spoke with cust. support and she verified that there was a credit available within 30 days of purchase. So does anyone have verification of a blackfriday sale. Cause I live in hickville where they know nothing.

I called a local USCC store yesterday. She said they are aware of a promotion, but weren't sure if the BlackBerry Tour would be on it yet since it just came out. She also said it depends on the type of promotion which dictates if you get credited by showing your receipt or you have to return your phone then buy the same one again.

She said to call back the week of Black Friday.
