working fine for me...
I was on the phone with Virgin's customer service staff a few minutes ago (in Manila, Philipines) and the phone line went dead. I called back and got a message saying they were experiencing technical difficulties. I didn't want to talk to Manila anyway, so I hit 2 for French, expecting to get someone in Montréal. Instead, I got the same message.
Looks like the entire Virgin customer support system is out of commission. I wonder how long they'll take to repair things?
did you go past the initial greeting? After you enter your current Virgin phone number, and hit 0 to speak to a live person, you'll hear "oh-oh, we've got some technical difficulties right now".
