iPhone Share plan not soo bad..

Am I missing anything?

My wife and I are probably going to get iPhones.
We are looking at the Shared $100 plan.

450 + 50 minutes (shared)
Unlimited calling between both phones
Unlimited text messaging (we're picking this option)
3GB shared

They are throwing in the standard Caller ID/VM option for free over 3 years..

My wife and I don't talk very much on the cell phones.. so texting is more important..

She won't use that much Data.. I will.. but I don't think I'll burn through 1.5GBs per month.. I hope..

Am I missing anything? That is about $50 per phone.

Those iPhone share plans are per phone. You would pay $100 per phone and each phone would get what you listed, but the minutes would be shared. You'd get 900+100 shared minutes and pay $200+tax.

If you want to get 2 phones for $100 you could get Share iPhone 50 x 2 if you wanted, but you would end up with 300 shared minutes and 500 MB data each.

ok so it is bad!

So if I have 2 phones.. I would get the iPhone share $50
and share the 150 + 150 minutes (300 minutes total)
and the 500mb + 500mb Data (1 GB total)

So 1 phone could use 900MB Data.. and the other 100MB data and that would fall under the plan without additional cost..

Is this correct now???

Voice is the only thing that's shared, and you get unlimited nationwide calling between share plan members. Each phone has its own data, text, mms allotments.

Ok, so now the Rogers Shared plan looks a lot better.. theirs is $100 for 2 phones.. and everything is shared..
