removed the following:
- If the phone is NOT A BLACKBERRY, you can do an ESN swap at sprint.com. You must create a user account, then create a second account using the same phone number. You will receive an error email stating that the phone number is already registered. You may now log into the first account you created and "Activate a new phone".
