Moto Q on a Straight talk plan?

i have a sprint branded Moto Q smart phone and was wondering if i could use it on a straight talk plan since they both use CDMA technology.

P.S. if anyone knows about the boost mobile CDMA trick, do you think the same would work for straight talk?

Nope! Only Straight Talk phones will work with Straight Talk's service, as they are the only ones that have their serial number in ST's databank.

    thanks cannon!

i thought there was a way you can activate a ST phone first then switch it with another cdma phone just like the boost mobile trick works. but since theres a select number of serials in their database, i guess there is no way that could work
