I'm resuscitating this old thread for the benefit of those who never got an answer to what the "Service Zone" and are a bit paranoid about not exceeding their data cap, I just got this answer from Sonia, Bell CSR: "Serrvice Zone is data that is not charged to your plan. It could be data usage when sending a MMS text with video, if you have such a feature in your plan, or checking usage through the Bell app."

Feel free to move this to a more appropriate thread, if any, hope it helps.
