From what I know you have to hex edit a file after you root the phone and thats all.
I mean if those Mexicans can do it I am not sure why no else on this board figured it out.
Also, on many providers, it will require to have an ESN to be the same of an existing phone on their network, this is of course illegal in America but American laws don't apply world wide ,.
On telus for example, we didnt change the ESN, he added it to their inventory. the ESN is the also the shared secret using the telus network.
On bell, @sevices.1x.bell.ca then a hex password or 1x.bell.ca password pin you can also use that.
I will make it clear alot of you need to know depending on what provider, you will have to either use SIMPLE IP or MOBILE IP auth depending if there is already an existing shared key on the device.
