Do you already have the A455 Verizon firmware?
Verizon firmware is typically very restrictive, also. You may want to verify the A455 with Verizon firmware isn't restricted.Please. Telus Is BS and disables like EVERYTHING in the phone.

To be, or not to be.
i have the mp, i had koodo, i did it, it works, verizon allows java, allows ringtones, and allows threaded texts. Only problem is it doesnt have a camcorder option, but it can be done, im upping hte mp to megaupload and then ill link it

Has anyone had any luck flashing a Verizon phone to a Telus one instead?
lmao why would you want to do that? Atleast verizon allows ringtones, theres no reason to ever flash to telus. You wont be able to bring a phone from another company to them.
From what I've read on the reviews and other sites, Verizon doesn't let you transfer pictures! I've got the Telus version (not Koodo), and am reluctant to try flashing Verizon, but can't get to the programming screen, so I might not have a choice.
(I'm on Bell, and the phone isn't programmed yet)
