Just changed from individual plan to family plan yesterday and added a new line to my account. When I checked this morning,it does not show up. I am waiting to get new phone also for the new line. I checked my order id online and there were no records. I am figuring the order was placed since I got the oder id number. Does it take awhile before your order shows up on your account?
