How do I reset my Motorola S9-HD?

I got rid of a phone that I paired my S9-HD with. I know that it can hold up to 8 phones, but I don't want one on there if I'll never see the phone again....

    I'm just weird like that...

    Thanks for any help!

Why didn't you delete the pairing from the phone before you got rid of it?

I did delete the pairing from the phone before I got rid of it. But that doesn't make the headset unpair itself, does it?

Just like we can reset the Jawbone, I'm looking for a way to reset the this S9-HD.

Thanks for anyone that would know how to do it!

On my Moto headsets, the "reset" is triggered by plugging in the charger, and unplugging it from the headset within 5 seconds. This causes the headset to wipe and reboot.

Don't know if it'll work on the S9, but it's worth a try.

Thanks, Chuck. I'll give it a shot!

There's no real way of knowing though, is there?

To clear paired devices list in your headphones.
Press and hold power button for more than 10 seconds.

This is straight from the the quick start guide.
