    Fido/Rogers myAccount - Wrong Account Details

    I have been using the Fido myAccount application for my iPhone since the release and I was loving, but when I went to go check my usage today, I noticed that all my account details were different and that all my limits were different as well.

    It then dawned on me, it logged me in automatically as someone else's account and not my own account.

    Anyone else experiencing this?

    I'm not sure it is possible to log you in to someone else's account seeing as it is logging you in based on your SIM card information.

    Are you sure it's not just because your billing cycle reset?

    I know 100% it's not my account because it shows I have 500min when I'm only on the 250min plan and then it's saying the data plan is 1gb, which I know is wrong because I am on the 500mb plan.

    ppl said they were logged into other ppls accounts using the online usage viewer, so this sound like it could happen..

    but yea, not sure how the mixup could happen using SIM credentials..

    I was checking my account using the fido app so I could confirm what my bill payment was... and it said my last bill payment was 289.69 which didn't make any sense at all considering my avg bill is 74ish...

    Sometimes My account ap has someone elses account information or it says Ive roamed out of my area and it can't pick up the info even though I haven't left my area of my house in 4 days. It's a bit quirky I think.

    I'm using the rogers myaccount and it's been working fine for me so far. I don't use it too often though

    Well this was an old thread but it happened to me this morning. I am logged into someone else's account and can see his contact information like first/last name, address, city, zip code, the service he subscribed to, bill amount, etc.

    I am a bit shocked about that as it is a privacy breach to me.

    Anyone else having this issue today?
