Without knowing what you are going to use your internet connection for, nobody will be able to answer that question.

Hard to tell. I have already used 1453.96 MB and I am only 18 days into my billing cycle. I am by no means a heavy internet user.

Really depends what you use it for... if its mostly email,IM, light light browsing and your on wifi at work/home you MIGHT be ok with 100mb (forget streaming video/audio)...

    Do you take public transit?..

100 mb isn't much at all on an iPhone. That would be good for a bb. I am on wifi alot and I just use my data to check facebook occaisionally, send some emails and maybe do some very light browsing but I could not fit under 100 mb in a month. You'll be very limited to what you can do without paying overage charges.
Another insightful and thought provoking post...

I do light internet browsing, next to no e-mails, and use my wi-fi connection at home and wherever else I can find one. Last month I only used about 165 mb and the month before that was 204 mb or something.

It totally depends on if you can find wi-fi wherever you go, but I would suggest that 100 mb really isn't much.

If you only have wifi at home but you use apps some while at work/school, then no way will 100MB be enough. If you have wifi both at home and at work/school then it might be.

I know some colleges now have wifi campus-wide. That would be awesome for someone with an iPhone, hardly any data usage unless you left campus.

I have WiFi at home and at work, and I still use way more than 100MB of data in a month.

Keep in mind that the iPhone doesn't connect to WiFi while it's sleeping. So push notifications and e-mail pulls will go over the cell network if your phone is locked and sleeping.

    Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_1_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7D11 Safari/528.16)

Not for me. I use a lot of data as I'm always connected to something.
